科宏眼科医院位于厦门市湖里区嘉禾新天地，原为半围合式商业综合体，其复杂的楼面平台、楼梯与体量交错结构，为融入医疗功能带来挑战。
KeHo Eye Hospital is located in Jiahe Xintiandi, Huli District, Xiamen. Originally a semi-enclosed commercial complex, its intricate structure of interwoven floor platforms, staircases, and building volumes posed significant challenges for integrating medical functions.
我们首先优化建筑外立面，通过调整冲孔铝合金幕墙造型与动态灯光，强化层叠轮廓与医院标识，提升医院品牌辨识度。
We first optimized the building facade by adjusting the form of the perforated aluminum alloy curtain wall and incorporating dynamic lighting. This enhanced the layered silhouette and the visibility of the hospital signage, thereby elevating the brand's visual identity.
医院覆盖一至五层，我们以患者为中心，结合医院与商场、地铁公共交通的一体化布局，通过清晰的标识架构竖向、水平交通，系统规划急诊、门诊、手术、住院等不同需求动线。
The hospital spans from the first to the fifth floor. We adopted a patient-centered approach, integrating the hospital with the mall and subway public transport through a unified layout. Clear signage guides vertical and horizontal circulation, while systematic planning organizes the flow lines for emergency, outpatient, surgical, inpatient, and other distinct needs.
我们在一楼沿街主立面设精品眼镜展售区，采用蓝绿渐变玻璃展架，弱化玻璃幕墙生硬感。在自然光影变化下，凭借独特的光影与色彩构成，吸引顾客驻足拍照分享，有效提升了医院在社交媒体的传播度与品牌形象。
On the first floor, along the main street-facing facade, we established a premium eyewear display and sales area. Utilizing blue-green gradient glass display shelves, we softened the starkness of the glass curtain wall. Under the shifting natural light, the unique interplay of light, shadow, and color composition attracts customers to pause, take photos, and share their experiences. This has effectively enhanced the hospital's visibility on social media and bolstered its brand image.
三楼作为医院主要诊疗区域，以主导诊台为起点，重构医疗流程，将候诊区、各类诊室与儿童友好门诊辐射布局。核心医技单元集中于楼层中心，形成“医疗技术枢纽”，缩短患者检查路径与往返时间。
The third floor, serving as the hospital's primary diagnostic and treatment area, is designed with the central reception desk as the starting point to restructure the medical workflow. The waiting area, various consultation rooms, and the child-friendly clinic are arranged in a radial layout. The core medical-technical units are concentrated at the center of the floor, forming a "Medical Technology Hub". This design significantly shortens patient travel paths to examination areas and reduces round-trip time.
为弱化建筑斜向钢结构的压迫感，所有空间体块、家具均依循建筑语汇采用圆弧造型，搭配丰富的色彩功能分区，打破隔墙封闭感，注入柔和氛围，传递温暖质感，缓解医院环境紧张氛围。
To mitigate the oppressive feel of the building's slanted steel structure, all spatial volumes and furniture follow the architectural language by adopting curved forms. This is paired with rich color-coded functional zones, which break the sense of enclosure from partition walls, infuse a soft ambiance, convey a warm texture, and alleviate the tense atmosphere typical of hospital environments.
儿童诊区以“游戏化诊疗”为核心理念，将检查区抬高形成多功能台阶式等候区，将等待转化为探索互动，构建零压力疗愈环境。
The children's clinic area is centered around the core concept of "gamified diagnosis and treatment." By elevating the examination zone to create a multifunctional stepped waiting area, waiting time is transformed into an exploratory and interactive experience, constructing a zero-pressure healing environment.
在病房楼层，我们挖掘建筑特征与层高优势，适度保留原有结构关系，并通过艺术化设计将结构与护理站结合，形成独特的室内造型语汇，以明快色彩构成病房楼层公共区域，将住院转化为趣味体验，消除患者与医护人员之间的隔阂，使单调的住院生活变得生动而有趣。
On the inpatient floors, we leveraged the building's architectural features and height advantages, appropriately preserving the original structural relationships. Through artistic design, the structure was integrated with nursing stations, forming a unique interior design vocabulary. Bright, cheerful colors define the public areas of the inpatient floors, transforming hospitalization into an engaging experience. This approach breaks down barriers between patients and medical staff, making the monotony of hospital life vibrant and interesting.
设计均围绕患者感受展开，目的是破除传统医院既有形象，打造出既专业高效又温馨舒适的就诊环境。
All design elements revolve around the patient's experience, with the aim of dismantling the traditional image of hospitals to create a medical environment that is both professionally efficient and warmly comfortable.
