In the bustling world, there is a quiet sanctuary that gently tells a unique story woven from coffee and industrial style; long ago, this place was once lively and bustling.
我们拆除原有建筑外墙帷幕，设置纯净、简洁而多层次形态的白色冲孔板，呈现出一种超然透光的美感。
We removed the original curtain wall of the building and installed pure, minimalist, multi-layered white perforated panels to create a transcendent, light-permeable aesthetic.
通过将面对池面的隔墙进行移除，创建了新的流通对话方式，大面积的玻璃窗与金属窗框的对比，不仅增加了建筑的层次感，更将室内外空间无缝连接。
By removing the partition facing the pool, we created a new way for space to flow and interact; the contrast between the large glass windows and metal frames not only enhances the building’s sense of depth but also seamlessly connects the interior and exterior spaces.
在蓝天白云的映衬下，整体建筑仿佛是自然景观中的一部分，宁静而和谐。转过身，一座黑色楼梯成为画面的视觉焦点。
Against the backdrop of blue skies and white clouds, the entire building seems like part of the natural landscape—calm and harmonious. Turning around, a black staircase becomes the visual focal point of the scene.
其流畅的线条与质感与建筑形成鲜明对比的对话，既展现了工业风的硬朗，又融入了周遭自然元素的柔和，在绿茵与水波的映衬下，为整个空间注入了动态的美感与活力。
Its smooth lines and textures create a striking dialogue with the architecture, revealing the toughness of industrial style while blending the softness of natural surroundings, injecting dynamic beauty and vitality into the space amid greenery and rippling water.
尊重原有建筑结构，保留全部混凝土框架，作为设计措施的基础。室内布局采用开放式布局，拆除旧有过时的装修面，让长期封印的横梁、墙板及其他室内细部构件“重生”出原有样貌，也赋予空间独特的肌理感与记忆感。
Respecting the original structure, we preserved the entire concrete framework as the foundation of the design.The interior uses an open layout, removing outdated finishes to allow long-sealed beams, wall panels, and other interior elements to be “reborn” in their original state, giving the space unique textures and a sense of memory.
同时保留原有挑高的空间，不以复杂的造型雕塑空间造型，却以粗矿质感的混凝土墙面和同色的水泥地板为基调，没有过多的修饰与雕琢，一切都显得那么自然、那么纯粹。
The original double-height space is also preserved; instead of sculpting it with complex forms, the rough concrete walls and matching cement floors serve as the foundation. With minimal decoration, everything feels natural and pure.
这种粗犷与冷峻，并没有让人感到疏离与冰冷，反而增添了一种别样的温暖与亲切。墙面的纹路里藏着过往的故事，横梁上还留着时代的印记……水泥混凝土、木材、金属的结合， 随意而不失格调。
This ruggedness and coolness don’t create distance or coldness; instead, they add a different kind of warmth and intimacy. The textures of the walls hide stories of the past, and the beams still bear the marks of their era… The combination of concrete, wood, and metal feels casual yet sophisticated.
大面积的玻璃折叠门除了引入充足的自然光线，让室内外空间相互渗透融合，水池、外摆平台、檐下空间、点单区、内用区、咖啡烘焙区，空间关系由开放层层递进到私密、满足不同人群的社交需求。
The large folding glass doors bring in abundant natural light and allow indoor and outdoor spaces to merge. The poolside area, outdoor terrace, covered walkway, ordering zone, dining area, and coffee roasting section progress from open to intimate, meeting the social needs of different groups.
人们随性在空间中自由穿梭，可以端着咖啡流淌在空中廊道，俯瞰芸芸众生的样貌，也可以在檐下台阶上伸着腿感受池面里不断变化的天空、风的轨迹与时间的色彩，这里有着丰富的层次感与变化，它们静静地诉说着对生活的态度——轻松、随性、不刻意追求潮流，只愿按照自己的节奏和韵律，喝着咖啡悠然地走过每一天。
People move freely and casually through the space—carrying their coffee along the elevated walkway to overlook the world below, or stretching their legs on the steps under the eaves to feel the ever-changing sky, the trace of the wind, and the colors of time reflected on the water. The rich layers and variations quietly express an attitude toward life—relaxed, effortless, not chasing trends, simply living each day at one’s own pace, savoring coffee along the way.
